Shipping Policy


Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery time may vary based on your location and the shipping method selected. Standard delivery typically takes between 5-7 business days, but it may take longer during high-demand periods.


Shipping Confirmation & Tracking: You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched. You can track your order using the tracking number provided.


Domestic Shipping: We offer shipping within India via FedEx. If shipping outside this region is available, it will be displayed at checkout.


International Shipping: We currently do/do not offer international shipping. For international shipments, additional duties, taxes, or customs fees may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.


Delayed or Lost Shipments: While we strive to ensure timely delivery, delays can occur due to unforeseen circumstances. If your shipment is delayed, please contact us at khaanabadosh.help@gmail.com with your order number. If a shipment is lost in transit, we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

Returns & Exchanges


At KHAANABADOSH ODYSSEY, we strive to ensure that our customers are satisfied with our craftsmanship and products. However, if you need to return an order, we are here to assist you. Please email us directly, and we will guide you through the return process. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:


Notification: Please notify us within 2 days from the delivery date if you wish to initiate a return. The return shipping of the product should be initiated on the same day or the next day.


Return Initiation: The return process should be initiated within 2 days from the delivery date. Shipping will be done by the customer.


Product Condition: The product must be unused, in its original condition, with the tags intact, and in its original packaging.


Return Shipping: After receiving the return initiation email from us, the customer must send the product back to our warehouse. The courier charges for the return are to be borne by the customer. Our team will share the return address via email.


How to Start a Return Process:
To initiate a return, please reply to your order confirmation email or send an email to khaanabadosh.help@gmail.com with your order number. We will respond with the remaining steps of the process.


Return Processing Time:
Once we receive your return at our workshop, please allow 2-3 business days for processing.


Special Conditions:
To ensure fairness and assist our customers, the following conditions apply:
Damaged Products: We reserve the right not to refund products that have been damaged by any means, such as fire or water.
Product Usage: Products should not be used in order to be eligible for a return.
Complete Package: The products must be returned with all the items originally included in the package. Returns will not be accepted for packages missing any components.
Sale Items: Products purchased during a sale on the website or any event are not eligible for a refund.

Refund -If your refund is approved then we will process within 5 working days


Please note that we reserve the right to refuse the delivery of packages received without a Return Authorization from our side.
